Colin’s contract litigation practice covers:

• Breach of contract claims

• Breach of warranty claims 

• Claims for defective workmanship

• Claims for breach of the agreement of purchase and sale in a real estate transaction

• Claims to enforce a debt

• Claims involving the sale of goods or the provision of services for both individual consumers and businesses operating commercially.

• Colin also has experience in litigious matters involving arbitration clauses and/or conflict of laws. Colin has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the Small Claims Court in connection with contract litigation and is expanding his experience in the Superior Court.
