Although the lion's share of Colin's practice is doing barrister's work, his litigation experience and ability to forecast where a gap in a contract might invite future litigation places him in a unique position to draft agreements. Colin has drafted such agreements as Independent Contractor Agreements, Finder's Fee Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Software Development Agreements, and Service Agreements.

Colin also regularly drafts Wills and powers of attorney for clients.
